How useful is the digital skills certification?

ICDL is an international recognized certification, built on 22 years of experience in delivering certification programs with more than 2.5 million ICDL tests taken annual worldwide. The certification will give you an added advantage over others who are not certified. Employers are therefore assured of your digital competency.

How long is each training class?

Workforce module is a 2 days course - including exam time. Professional module can be a 3 days course - including exam time Exam will take place on the last day of training

What happens if I do not pass exam, can I re-take on the same day?

Yes you may or you can come back another time to take the exam. There will be a fee of RM250 to re-take an exam each time.

When does the classes run?

BizAcademia provides different options to suit your preference. You can choose to take the classes during weekdays or weekends once the schedule is confirmed. This will be communicated to interested candidates upon registration.

How is the training conducted?

It is a blend of instructed LED class with online assessments of our understanding on the subject matter prior to the actual examination done via online.

What payment option do I have?

Payment for the training class has to be made in full prior to the class. You can make payment via cash, cheque and electronic funds transfer (EFT)/interbank GIRO (IBG)
