About the Course
The ICDL Asia Digital Challenge is an annual digital competition targeted to students in the Asia Pacific region who are eager to compete and demonstrate how digital skills may be applied in today’s rapidly evolving digital economy.
COMPETITION CATEGORY:
Category 1: Primary School student (recommended 9 - 12 years old)
Category 2: Secondary School students (recommended 13 - 17 years old)
Category 3: Tertiary Students (recommended 18 - 25 years old)
(*Students whose age is not in line with the recommended range as stated above should register under the category in which they are enrolled in their School/ College/ University.
CONDITIONS:
1. Top contestants from previous editions of ICDL Digital Challenge not eligible to participate in the 2024 competition.
2. All contestants are required to submit online registration form to participate.
3. Schools can send unlimited number of students during the preliminary round (Round 1).
4. Round 1 - Application Essentials module - top 2 winners will represent your school to Round 2
5. Top 2 contestants* from each school, each track, will represent their school for National round (Round 2)
6. Top 2 contestants* from each Track will represent their territory for Grand Final round (Round 3).
ENTRY FEES:
Early bird promo - RM175 per contestant (register by 31 March 2024)
Normal fees - RM200 (register by 26 April 2024)
COMPETITIN ROUNDS:
Round 1 Preliminary Round: 1 May - 31 May 2024 (qualifying round)
Round 2 National round: 18 July 2024 (represent your Uni)
Round 3 Grand Finals: 12 Aug - 6 September 2024 (Represent your territory)
Results announcement & Award Ceremony - 27 November 2024*
*must attend either physical or virtual
